Why use sendvoicer?

• Free and simple to use.
• Can create, manage and even send invoices.
• Calculates totals to reduce tedium and error.
• Download simple summary of all invoices for records.
• Helpful for contractors, small businesses and anyone who wants to manage their clients, debtors or billable hours

What we do not do:

• We do not allow clients to take payments through our system; this is only for managing and sending invoices. How they pay you has nothing to do with us.
• As of now, we do not prepare or import spreadsheets. This is a feature we would like to add.
• As of now, there is no way to automatically create charges or invoices, such as with subscriptions or memberships.

The providers assume no liability for any consequences of the use of this software, including any data loss or leakage of sensitive information due to compromised security. This software is available for use by anyone who accepts that the providers are not accountable for any problems resulting for use of this software.

The following can help prevent some issues:

• Back up often. There are backup tools available so that your data will still be accessable in the event that the system is temporarily or permanently unavailable.
• Don't include any sensitive information. Do not include information that can harm your or anyone else's identity, including social security numbers, credit card information, etc. Also, if the content of an invoice is particularly sensitive, you should consider wording it carefully to protect you and your client.

The site does not use a secure connection, and web traffic is public, meaning anyone can intercept messages leaving this system with the right tools. Make sure any content (e.g., invoices) you prepare and send to clients do not contain sensitive information.

Any personal information gathered in this site is used solely for creating invoices, and will not be offered to third parties. The providers will not attempt to contact you except by email.
